    Mayors, a pillar in the South Florida businees community, is a dynamic, well-established luxury retailer that is expanding its impact in the US! Working under immediate supervision of the Credit & Client Service Center Manager, the Credit & Client Service Representative reviews credit data to evaluate consumer loans requests in order to approve or deny applications up to $15,000. The incumbent analyzes financial information, such as bank statements and credit reports.  He/she has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures.


    This position supports our retail stores which requires one to work on a rotating shift schedule including evenings and weekends. 

    Are you our hidden gem?

    • Verifies and processes requests for new credit accounts and authorization requests, evaluating and approving sales up to $15,000 using all or part of the following: point score guidelines, credit report analysis, thorough verification, domestic and international Dun and Bradstreet report, public access information and banking analysis;
    • Furnishes and supports the Credit & Client Service Center Supervisor in processing credit sales;
    • Verifies and processes private label and third party phone orders for merchandise and services;
    • Verify and process Personal, Business, and Cashier’s checks;
    • Processes and maintains client files up to date with accounts and financial data changes;
    • Assist with sales slip/chargeback retrievals;
    • Future support for E-commerce
    • Performs other assigned tasks as well as special projects and related duties as required.

    • High School diploma required, two-year degree (minimum) preferred


    • Entry level position with 1 – 2 years experience; previous client service and credit lending experience is preferred;
    • Retail background is an asset.
